Yes, every contractor we work with is fully licensed. Many of our contractors have been working alongside us for over 20 years, bringing a level of consistency and quality you can count on.
How long does it take to build a house?
Every build is different, and timelines can vary based on a number of factors. On average, from permit approval to completion, the process takes between 9 and 12 months. We keep our clients informed throughout every stage of the build.
Can I customize my home's design, or do I work from pre-existing plans?
Every home we build is fully customized to the client. We also partner with an interior design company that helps you select every detail of your home at no additional cost to you.
Do you handle permits and inspections, or is that my responsibility?
We handle the entire process, from permits to inspections, so you can focus on the decisions that matter most to you.
